Fixed some bugs in deplTool.h, correction for different timing steps in progress

Update of RunMap. Since 2252 a new set of timing steps is used: it is possible to choose the timing scheme depending on the fill (still to be completed... )

try to fix the corrupted double-linked list problem

modified name of the temporary file in order for the jobs to access each its own files (otherwise they get stuck)

added cce scan software more or less from Christian (but already modified)
