Use to produce the time evolution of the deplV for the CCEscan meeting of 10Nov2017, please double check it

@Michele Atzeni
A voltaFit script that branches voltageFit_spline.C, it is the last macro used to produce the volta fits, please check it again

TEX map commented out. Added: pulse quality check, use of different ratios (average, nstrip average, single sector ratio) and use of integral or height of pulse shape to estimate Vdepl(the height has probably some mistakes e.g. takes ratio obtained for integral mode).

@Michele Atzeni
Fill: 1616, uses integral of pulse shape but no request on the quality of pulseFit like in a normal voltaFit
Michele Atzeni committed on 10 Nov 2017
@Michele Atzeni
we can now have different ratios for different nstrips

@Michele Atzeni
Resetted the pulseFit to a previous version. It was added a fit with 3rd order poly to evaluate the second derivative in the points and determine if the pulse shape is healty

removed the rescaling that allowed to use the integral instead of the maximum of the pulse shape

@Michele Atzeni
USE OF MAXIMUM of pulse shape instead of INTEGRAL, only POLY3 is used.
